Just wrapped up an awesome stay! The café downstairs had delicious food, perfect for breakfast. Loved the spacious room with natural light. The shower was a bit tricky at first, but they fixed it fast! A great spot in Old Town.

the wifi here is an absolute disaster, despite claims of having invested in it. the bed was harder than a rock, and i woudl ve loved a complimentary drink or something special as compensation for the inconvenience. oh and don’t get me started on the ‘friendly’ service, it felt more like a chore than hospitality. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

We loved the guesthouse's location, with walking distances to great restaurants and a lovely coffee shop around the corner. The kids enjoyed the relaxed courtyard too. Free WiFi throughout made it easy to plan our daily adventures. The staff was warm and cute!
In my wife’s opinion, breakfast options for kids could be better.

A Hidden Oasis in the Heart of Chiang Mai!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the lush trees creating a serene atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring amazing coffee and fresh fruit. Rooms could use a refresh, but the location near the main square was convenient. Aim for the 2nd floor for easier access!

I stayed in the Triple Room with Private Bathroom for 2 nights. The room setup was cool with a single bed separated from the queen by a bathroom. I loved getting 3 glass bottles of water daily. The location was perfect for exploring, right near the ChuangPhuak Gate, and it was easy to hop on a songtheaw for cheap rides around the city. Plus, fresh towels every day! Only downside was that the room felt a bit outdated, could use some sprucing up.

great staff but noisy at night
The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help whenever needed. Our room had a lovely view of the garden, making for a peaceful morning. Being serenaded by the sounds of frogs throughout the night gave it a unique charm that some may find appealing.
The noise from nature might disturb light sleepers.

Just a smart choice for a concise stay in Chiang Mai with excellent value for money. The staff was super friendly, and I loved the cozy atmosphere. Aim for a room on a lower floor if you have heavy luggage.
